What qualifies as a “late availability” wedding date?
Late availability wedding dates occur when last-minute cancellations or changes to dates result in last-minute availability. These dates are then offered at short-notice to other couples allowing them to bring forward their big day to sooner than usual, allowing them to get married at a shorter notice.
How often do late availability dates become available?
Due to most bookings being made way in advance and meticulously pre-planned, late availability dates do not occur very often. If, however, there is a cancellation or last-minute change to a date, these dates will be added to our availability list.
How quickly do we need to secure the date once we enquire?
If you have settled on a late-availability date, then we always recommend you act promptly. Our list of available dates is open to any couple who wishes to book with us, operating similar to a first-come, first-serve basis, so in order to secure the day, we always encourage you to act swiftly and confirm with us.
Are there any additional costs we should be aware of?
No, not at all. We pride ourselves on our transparency and honesty throughout the planning of your wedding. We understand that these days incur many costs, so we try our best to be as clear and concise about every detail, giving you more time and headspace to focus on what really matters.
Is it realistic to plan a wedding on short notice?
Yes - it is realistic! Our highly experienced team prides itself on its ability to create dream wedding days on short-notice. With a preference for streamlining the planning and organisation of the ceremony, you’d be surprised how much can be done in such little time.
What is the maximum number of guests for a late-availability wedding?
For all weddings and ceremonies, our venue capacity requires a minimum of 50 guests, a maximum of 100 seated guests, and a maximum of 120 standing guests. Our late-availability dates do not affect the final number of guests that can attend your wedding.
